Used and demo boards are not covered under Hala’s standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, which applies only to new boards. All future repairs and maintenance are the responsibility of the owner. Hala will cover any damage, leaks, or functional issues that were not noted in the product description, occurred during shipping, or prevent normal use out of the box, provided they are reported within one year of purchase.
